I don't just want to lose weight- I want a lifestyle change. 100 lbs is a lot and I'm willing to stick to it.
Right now I am walking my dogs twice a day for a about 10mins a piece. I plan to do some brisk walking pretty soon, it's getting colder but I go to college so maybe I'll sign up to use the gym. I have cut out all of my drinks except for water and skim milk to have with dinner.
Hi, to the DONE GIRLS TEAM !!! This is one of my favorite teams, all of the girls are great !! I struggled for many years with my weight.
