Hi I am presently under a PT has been now for at least 2 months @ 3 times per week and I am still gaining weight. So need some ideas and recipes. I have decided to go Vegan to see what if feels like to eat a bit healthier. Have lots of swelling Dr. has advised me to see Cardiologist.

This is a great site with everything you need to help you reach your goals.
One of the best ways to make new friends is to be active on your Spark Teams.
Calling all Vegetarians/ Vegans team is pretty active and has lots of helpful members. You might post your question there if you haven't done so already.
Also Spark Recipes might be a good place to look for meal ideas.
