Living better, healthier and stronger
My basic goals are to lose twenty-five pounds and to live an overall healthier lifestyle. In terms of nutrition, I'm using the tracker and trying to cut as much processed food as possible out of my diet. As for fitness, my goals are to get three cardio workouts in per week and two strength-training. I also use a pedometer and try to walk 10,000 steps a day.

My Goals:
I'd like to lose 25 pounds as part of an overall lifestyle change and lead a strong, fit and healthy life.
My Program:
Eating healthfully (and tracking my foods) and trying to work out (strength training + cardio) at least three times a week. I'm carrying a pedometer and try to walk a minimum of 10,000 steps per day.

I currently live in Madison, WI.
Other Information:
I'm a mom to two girls, wife to one man, love to cook, love to read, and used to be a designer (pre-kids).
