Hi There!!! Wow, I haven't heard from you since Oct!!! Glad you had a good day with your son at New Smyrna Beach!!! I have been avoiding the beach lately because of my DH having the skin cancer.....I'm still going for my ct scans to make sure I have no cancer cells growing. Just had another biopsy on my tongue and hoping that it doesn't have any more cancer in it also. Hope you have a Wonderful week!!!! emoticon Janice

Hi there!!! Happy to say I am cancer free!! Will be going next week to have my 60+ stitches taken out. Been in a lot of pain, and shoulder is still numb. Thanks for checking on me and caring! emoticon

    Hey girl!
Sounds like things are clicking with you this week:) The recipe for the crock really isn't one..having the crock is key! I just put in whatever kind of meat I want (usually chicken) and also add veggies. You can add some spices too if you want. Cover and cook! Key is to watch what veggie you use as some don't require as long of cooking as meat (asparagus is only one I've had problems with). The chicken I do is breasts and about 12 minutes does the job..you can check it midway if you like.
I think PC has a new recipe book out now too on just that crock-I put it on my bridal registry:) Cheap too I think..
