After two surgeries in one year I was struggling to get more than 25 pounds back off. I wasn't able to work out as much and I just couldn't seem to get my food intake under control. My husband suggested Medifast. I have been a loyal Weight Watcher member since I was 19 years old and was even a leader for 5 years, so the thought of trying something else kinda made me feel guilty, like I was cheating. But things just weren't working for me and I knew I had to do something different.

I joined Medifast on April 27 and as of 3-1-14, I am down 23 lbs. What I learned through this experience is that I needed to eat way more protien and less processed carbs. I love to bake and this is sometimes a real obstacle to my journey, but I am learning that I can bake and not eat it.

I love to work out and 2 years ago I studied & got my Certified Personal Trainer credentials. I work out at home using a variety of dvd's, my elliptical, walking my dog and weight training.

Helping others achieve their goals is something that I love to do and I try to be an inspiration to others whenever I can.

Thanks for friend add and for the encouragement on my blog! Yeah I termed walk/jog = woggle my little term but got tired of explaining how I did things and my friends now get when I say I am woggling today lol - cute and it stuck!
