Robert has a great idea. Look under Articles & Videos then go to videos. Some good seated workouts are under Featured Videos. I use 11 min. seated cardio and 12 min. seated core workout myself. Also there are some desk stretches too which may help your back too! You can modify these exercises depending on what your back allows you to accomplish!
PS, I also like Russel Crowe, I saw him in a musical, he can sing well! 1111 days ago
Steven thanks I found the checklist. You have been such a big help already. If you have any suggestions for exercise it would be deeply appreciated. I have back surgery and still have problems walking which to enjoyed but can't do any more.
My friend took me shopping today and I found a pizza which is suppose to be very healthy and lower in calories. I think I'll have it for supper. I'll let you know the name and info on it, most especially if it is good. 1111 days ago
I did find it! It is under 'one time challenges' called 'Complete Getting Started Checklist'! On the right side of this hit the red link and that will take you to the checklist! Wow it has been four months since I was there. I hope that finally I am able to answer your question completely, though it took some time. Sorry for the delay!
