My life

Hi I am a mom, wife, and full-time college student. I have about 20 lbs left to lose after having my three boys. It's hard to lose the last 20lbs when you are in school full-time and have kids. But I am determined to finish school and lose the weight! I lost 20lbs about 2 years ago, which got me closer to my goal weight, but it has been hard for me to stay committed to losing the last 20lbs.

Update 9/1/13: I have finished Jillian Michael's Body Revolution and started over this past week doing the 6 week instead of 12! So far it is going good! I only have 4 pounds left to be where I want to be!

My Goals:
Goal - Lose the last 10 pounds!!

Goal for the end of July: Do 2000 minutes of exercise by July 31!! I already have done over 1700!!

My Program:
Going to the gym 5 times a week.

Jillian Michaels workout videos at least 4 times a week.

Walk/jogging up to 7 times a week.

Other Information:
Working out for 30-60 minutes is better than sitting on my butt and doing nothing for 30-60 minutes.

If you want something bad enough you will just do it!

Thanks for the comment and great review of BR! It's good to hear as I'm about to start in a few days. I'm not as concerned with the scale as I am in losing inches. I won't be following her eating plan either. I don't believe in the fat-free chemical filled frankenfoods. I prefer to eat a clean/low-carb/paleo-ish diet. You are doing great...I'm tired just reading about your workouts! Keep it up!!
