New Season

I've been dedicated to the max and loss 20 pounds from January until May 09. The program I was on ended in May and everything in me said I was going to keep exercising and eating right. Well that lasted may be a week. Gained back almost the entire 20 before getting things together. I have 4 months before the end of the year. I've wasted 2 months already. Now I've recommitted myself to getting some of this weight off before the end of the year. I will not be the same weight I was last ...

thanks for commenting on my spark page! I didn't do so good at the luncheon. Something about homemade food (by people that can really cook!) making my knees week!! It's a good thing I'm not much of a cook. Take care.
