My Goals:
1. Be under 300 lbs by my Birthday on July 31. 2. Lose at least 2 lbs a week steadily for now. 3. Keep my blood sugar between 70 and 110 in AM (fasting) and 100 to 140 two hours after meals. 4.Improve my sleeping, or rather getting to sleep at night, so I can get a good 7 to 8 hours sleep at night. 5.Lower my Blood Pressure to 110/70 or less where my physician recommends it should be. 6. Keep my Carbohydrate intake to 40 for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner and 15 for 2 snacks a day as recommended by the Diabetic Dietitian I saw recently. 7. Drink at least 8 8ounce glasses of water a day. 8. Keep protein to 50 to 55 grams per day.
My Program:
1. Measure and record everything I eat. 2 Eat three meals and two small snacks a day to maintain a healthy Blood sugar level. 3 Get at least 8 hours of sleep a night. 3. Start to do some form of exercise even though it needs to be Chair Exercises due to disability for now.
