No regrets for what you can't change.

The 3 C's of life: choices, chances and changes ~ You must make a choice to take a chance or your life will never change.

The first quote keeps me focused. What I've done in the past can't be changed. So move on.

We must make choices that will change our life/way of thinking. It can be "chancy". But if we don't, nothing will ever change.

This is what I try to live by.......

With God all things are possible! Of course, I will continue to lean on my faith as I struggle with losing weight. My dr is hoping for me to lose 40-50 lbs before I return to MI. I know it's doable but will be lots of hard work.

Well, I never did actually see the doctor... they just took e-rays and gave me a custom made molded brace to use as needed. That was a while ago.

But I found this little plastic donut type thingie with poky spikes seems to help them when I massage my thumbs with it. I usually use it when I walk.

I agree with you though that I probably should be seen again... I get tired of the pain factor too! So you will def be pain free after the operation? Wow that would be stellar!
