Try and try again...maybe this time it will work!

I am married and have 3 girls, ages 10, 4 & 3. My husband and I got married in January, 2008 in the Dominican Republic. I have always been one that has to battle with their weight. In April, 2007 we went to Cancun and for 4 months before, I really worked at eating right and working out to lose some weight so I wouldn't be embarrassed in a bathing suit. I did really well, I lost 15 pounds (wish I could have lost a bit more). Then I had my last 2 girls, 15 months apart and turned 40 and ...

I started running about 1 1/2 years ago and really haven't even lost all the weight that I wanted to...it has fluctuated and now recently has gone back up even though I am currently training for my first full marathon. Can't seem to figure out what my body needs in order to lose the weight. Hoping I can really get to my goal of 155.

Welcome to SP. It's a great site! Be sure and sign up for Spark America and when you set up your exercises, just remove any you can't do or don't want and put in those you do. Be sure and schedule a day for cardio so you have access to the "other exercises" page where the walking, housework, playing with children etc. are to be found. When you are done, set up your Appointment calendar to send you reminders and when they come, click on the link then fitness and just check them off as you do them. Such a great feature. Use your spark points page to help you use and learn all the fantastic tools we have at this site. Visit others pages and get to know them better. Again, welcome to a great site.
