Lily, when you respond to people, for them to know you wrote to them, you need to go to their page and write them a note there. Your note here is very sweet but your friends didn't see it.
Keep up the great work, Lily. You can start with 10 minutes per day, like I did, and then build up as you are able with your hip. Yoga is great and chair exercises too.
I am one of Ocean_Mist's SPF's and she mentioned you...wanted to say hi! SP is an awesome site, with lots of helpful articles, tools and people/staff. With my osteoarthritis (bad knees), my Dr. told me walking is the best thing for you. I started off doing a few blocks and then by a years time, had done my first 5k. At first it hurt me to push a shopping cart in the grocery store to do shopping. Just take it one day, one step and one goal at a time! Don't feel hopeless!
