What 240's looks and feel like
*wow! I've come a long way! I can really do this!

*From where I started...looks pretty darn good!
*my want to and can do are at odds with each other
*movements are still limited but flexibility is better
*food choices are getting better
*still struggle with some cravings
*still journaling foods, moods and attitudes
*I believe I can!
*can fit into smaller pants
*bulges still here and there =/
*feet are smaller LOL!

*moving is a bit easier
*exercise + asthma is something to work around but doable
*breaking the bad habit of eating out junk food
*still concerned about my long term health
*still making changes, slow and steady
*not look at how far I have to go but that I'm GOING
*glad I got started when I did!

Good Morning

Dropping by to wish you a Blessed Easter Weekend and share a special Easter Poem....

Easter Means Eternal Life

A perfect God demands a perfect justice;
He cannot let us get away with sin.
We used Godís gift of our free will to trespass,
So heavenís gates were closed; we couldnít get in.

Our sin required our blood, a sacrifice,
To atone for all the wrongs that we had done.
"But I love them!" cried our Father, filled with sorrow;
"Iíll send my only Son to be the one."

Good Friday marks the slaying of our Jesus,
The unblemished lamb, the perfect sacrifice.
He took our guilt and blame upon Himself,
So we could be with Him in paradise.

On Easter morning, he came back from death;
He vanished from the tomb, the empty grave.
His resurrection means eternal life
For us, the ones he came to earth to save.

This summarizes all the Easter story
And because of it, weíll be with Him in glory.
