The Art to Becoming a Butterfly

I used to be the 'thin' girl until I became the 'fat' girl. When I was thin I wasn't happy, now that I'm 'fat' I'm happier, now trying to become a healthier and more fit version of myself working inside and out.

Ten years ago when I first started putting on weight I weighed 245 I then lost 45 pounds with the help of LA Weight Loss in three months! Being at 200 was a blessing. Now weighing in at 300 I need to push myself, yes I lost eleven pounds, however I still need to adapt to ...

FIRST GOAL: GET BELOW 240 HAVEN'T DONE THAT IN NINE YEARS!
SECOND GOAL: GET TOO 200!!
THIRD GOAL: SET A NEW ULTIMATE WEIGHT I WANT TO BE AT!

My Goals:
-Lose eight-ten pounds a month
-Fit into smaller clothing
-Be more toned
-Feel more energetic


My Program:
-Working out for One hour- five days a week at the Gym.

-Sixty minutes on Treadmill


-Ten Minute Cool down in Jacuzzi.

-Eat more vegetables and fruit and protein and healthy starches.
-Get all water in

-Weigh in once a week

Personal Information:
I am a 31 year old unhealthy girl who would like to become a healthy fit woman. I am working from the inside out and in the process enjoying life, watching movies during free time and hanging with loved ones and furry loved ones!
