Journey to a new me !

And so begins the journey to a new me ....
Time to forget the past and move forward.
I have tried and failed many times on this weight loss journey, I'm not saying I won't have bad days again, all I'm saying is this time I will not quit !!!
When I have a bad day, I will just dust myself off, pick myself up and keep going.
This has got to be a lifestyle change, not a DIET!
And so begins the journey to a new me ....

My Goals:
my goals are to change the path to my destiny and become a healthier, happier, and smaller me!

My Program:
I am going to implement small changes, work on my all or nothing attitude. More fruits, vegies and lean meats, cut back on carbs and high fat junk foods, hide the salt shaker. Try to follow the 80/20 rule.

Other Information:
I love to read, do crafts and I especially love to spend the summer on my boat out on the lake !

So glad you will be going to your meeting this week. I know it's hard going back after being away. I used to feel embarrassed if any one knew I gained even more weight since the last time I saw them, knowing I was supposed to be getting healthy. But each day is new and a fresh start. Hold your head up high! You can do this!

Thank you for the message and for adding me as a friend. I weighed in today with a 4 pound loss for the week. 210.8 down to 206.8.

Hi Linda! I saw your post from last week and just wanted to remind you that we're all still here. Post every day, ever few hours if you have to, do whatever you need to do to get through the next meal, the next workout, the next day. You can do this, just 10 mins at a time. emoticon
