Journey to a new me !

And so begins the journey to a new me ....
Time to forget the past and move forward.
I have tried and failed many times on this weight loss journey, I'm not saying I won't have bad days again, all I'm saying is this time I will not quit !!!
When I have a bad day, I will just dust myself off, pick myself up and keep going.
This has got to be a lifestyle change, not a DIET!
And so begins the journey to a new me ....

My Goals:
my goals are to change the path to my destiny and become a healthier, happier, and smaller me!

My Program:
I am going to implement small changes, work on my all or nothing attitude. More fruits, vegies and lean meats, cut back on carbs and high fat junk foods, hide the salt shaker. Try to follow the 80/20 rule.

Other Information:
I love to read, do crafts and I especially love to spend the summer on my boat out on the lake !

I have been doing ok, not as good as I could be but ok. Still going to TOPS, I have lost about 7 pounds in the last month. Just having a hard time staying on track and I havn't been on sp much either which I know I should be everyday.
Going to make a better effort to check into sp every day. I know the support , advice and caring from other sp really does make a difference :) Thanks for checking in on me, hope all is going well with you !

So glad you will be going to your meeting this week. I know it's hard going back after being away. I used to feel embarrassed if any one knew I gained even more weight since the last time I saw them, knowing I was supposed to be getting healthy. But each day is new and a fresh start. Hold your head up high! You can do this!
