About the only time we have cole slaw is in the summer when we are BBQing.

Thanks for giving me some ideas on cutting back on carbs. I have been trying to eat 5 freggies every day and have increased my fruit to about 3 servings a day. I guess I'm going to have to start checking on carbs in the fruit. I know my carbs have increased a lot since I increased the fruit. I love salads so that is something in my favor. I do have to make sure I get enough fiber. I didn't realize that eating healthy could be so complicated.
