Linda! It sounds like you are going about Sparking the best way for you to reach your goals! There has to be balance, with a little bit of stretching of our comfort zones. Life is an evolving journey, and I am determined to enjoy my journey! I've found out what works well for me. I keep tweaking as I go along. There are boring days, some disappointments, but no real setbacks. Just feedback to help me continue to grow and feel good. I'm still learning to manage my Rheumatoid Arthritis. Going mainly grain free and eating lower carb has allowed me to lose weight and become 99% pain free. My rheumy doctor is one very happy guy! So is my primary care doctor! As for me, no pain is better than anything I could ever eat! LOL! So build yourself a good, strong foundation of a Spark plan. Take your time and write everything down so you can reference what works and what doesn't. You've got this!!!
Hi Linda - Sorry it took me so long to get back to you. I have been off of SP for awhile . 2016 has been such a bad year for me. I gained 8 lbs. Bad news for me. Hoping 2017 will be a lot better for all of us. 13 days ago
Linda, the scarves are for my three grown daughters; I buy gifts for my son and his wife together. Yes, I have 4 grandsons, all grown and married and I have two little great-grandsons. My family has gotten big so there is usually one gift for each family .... e.g ~ big box of chocolates. Of course the two little great-grandsons get gifts from Gigi (me).
My girls still like Mom to make their scarves so it's just a little homemade gift from Mom.
I'm just going to get myself ready to go out for an early supper with my sister and her husband. They like to eat early and get back home early. They're up in their 80's.
