Biggest Loser Sapphire SUMMER Challenge 2014

OPENING CHALLENGE:

My goals for SPRING are to keep my Top Five streaks:

1. Drink 10 cups of water per day. I know this is an awfully lot, but it works.

2. Ride my stat bikes 30 minutes a day to increase to 45 minutes by the end of Winter challenge.

3. To post my food every single day and stay within 1200 to 1500 calories per day. With the goal of losing 4% to 5% during this challenge.

I don't expect to be perfect with this, I've never been perfect and never will.

Personal Information:
I am a retired school counselor in Alabama.

I have health issues that play a role in my losing weight but I am not going to let them stand in my way.

I have plans to travel on the Canadian Rocky train in June 2014 and want to lose weight so I can be more mobile.
