Dear Self,
These are my goals for the Purple Passion Summer Challenge.

I�m going to shoot for 100%, not to be perfect, but because if I shoot for the moon, even if I miss, I might still land somewhere among the stars. *-)

1.GOAL-- PHYSICAL --To lose 5% during this challenge..
Actions
A. Exercise 30-45 min. per day
B. Stick to my low carb diet
C. Continue with my doc wt. loss clinic and B-12
D. Get 3K steps on my FITBIT daily
E. Share time daily with my Purple Passion Sisters.

2. GOAL-- MENTAL - Study and implement the BECK DIET SOLUTION

BECK DIET Actions
A. - Start at the beginning
B - Work with a challenge and make it a habit
C - Don�t rush
D - Stay in touch

3. GOAL - SPIRITUAL -
Actions
A - Read motivational topics daily and journal about them
B - Journal about what I love to read.
C - Continue with my writing: WVU/NANO/HADRIAN
D - Morning pages
E. Continue with my classes to learn to re-wire my brain/make new habits.

Personal Information:
I am a retired school counselor in Alabama.

I have health issues that play a role in my losing weight but I am not going to let them stand in my way.

I had total knee replacement in Feb. 2016 but I am climbing back little by little.





Other Information:
I'm loving my Fitbit Zip.

    Is winter your favorite season? Do you play a musical instrument? Do you have brown hair/blue eyes? Did you grow up in the country? Do you like reading?

    I did grow up the in country and I play trumpet. I love reading! I have 5 siblings and yes, I've performed on stage! And I started off my summer after graduation by breaking my ankle. lol

    F-30 FORWARD LUNGES (30 Squats, holding the back of a chair)

    E-50 JUMPING JACKS (50 Seated Jumping Jacks)

    X-30 PUSH UPS (30 Wall Pushups)

    A-30 ALTERNATING HAMSTRING CURLS (30 Standing Hip Flexion/Extension holding the back of a chair or wall)

    M-50 HIGH KNEE MARCH IN PLACE (50 Seated High Knee Marches)

    Do what you can, modify what you need to, but try your best, regardless of fitness level! If you’ve got a suggestion on an exercise you’d like to see incorporated into the challenges, please let us know!
