I am finally back-again after a way too long departure. I had another baby since I've been on sparkpeople and I am looking forward to dropping this weight, which I cannot blame on my baby since I nearly lost all of it weeks after he was born. I've had cravings to eat anything and everything after his birth 3 months ago and I am finally tired of allowing myself to keep eating out of control. I'm grabbing the reins and pulling this baby onto another path.

My Goals:
Getting back to my pre-pregnancy weight after having my second baby.

Regain my flexibility.

Tighten and tone my muscles.

Finding a happy medium between weight management and not feeling deprived of things I enjoy.

My Program:
~CURRENTLY ON HOLD, easing back into things.~

Tracking my foods and calories.

Doing cardio 15 min/5 days a week.

Increasing dietary fiber.

Strength training/toning every other day.

Eating every 3 hours.

Drinking 8+ cups of water daily.

Cutting back on liquid calories.
