Nutritarian with a BIG family
I now have 6 precious children, and I'm pregnant with #7!! and about 5 pounds of each of them that I am still carrying around. I'm so tired of losing weight only to gain it back and I have some terrible, horrible, awful eating habits. I want to lose the weight, but I also want to have some control when I walk into the kitchen. Ready to start filling my beautiful family with nutrient rich foods to hopefully cure our multiple ailments and also prevent cancer and heart disease.

My Goals:
Stop binge eating. Reach 140 and stay there until the next pregnancy. Be proud of my shape at 140 and buy a swimsuit I'll wear in public by the end of May! (Hit 140 April 2009 Woo Hoo!!!)
My Program:
Journal and stay in calorie range. Drink my water. Aerobics once a day. Repeat.
Personal Information:
Mom of four.. whoops! It's been a few years, now there are almost 7!... who loves her fabulous husband, football, music, and above all the Lord Jesus.
Other Information:
I've been in shape before...as recently as 2008 (stair climber for just 30 minutes a day!) but it seems so very far off now. In fact, I went 14 whole months without doing ANY exercise due to an injury. (That's my excuse). Not sure how we are gonna turn this around.
