June 2017 - CURRENTLY challenging myself with 32 other members of the PURPLE PASSIONS SLIM CHALLENGE TEAM.

June 24 2016 ~ 215.0 lbs.~ 31.75 BMI
June 24 2017 ~ 190.3 lbs. ~ 28.6 BMI = 24.7 lbs. lost
July 24 2017 ~ 187.9 lbs. ~ 27.0 BMI
August 24 2017 ~ 186.9 lbs. 26.8 BMI = 28.1 lbs. lost
Goal ~ 174.0 lbs. ~ 25.0 BMI ~ 12.9 lbs. to go

My Goals:
First is to find peace & balance living all alone.

Take care of myself the way I would take care of my children.

Be as efficient, organized, and productive the same way I would perform at a full-time job.

Learn how to Mother myself, well.

Set realistic goals:

Food Plan - definitely use the tracker to keep me focused on correct portion sizes & balanced protein/carbs/fat.

Sit with food, give Thanks, & read a print-out of the food tracker meals to appraise the quality, quantity, and value.

Bless the water I drink and repay the Almighty Source for having clean pure energizing water by showing my Love and Gratitude.

Exercise Goals - I am not ready. Back injury - need to plan out with my doctor. SP says I need a Cardio & Strength Training program to lose belly fat & improve waist to hip ratio & overall appearance and health.

Set up a weekly reward system.

Bed by 11 PM. Read until 11:30 PM. Jon

Refrain from using a setback as excuse to fall off the wagon.

Keep a daily journal on things to be grateful for, and on positive aspects of self, emotions.

Do self exam on progress and why I eat the foods I do.

Build muscle - burn fat - tone skin as the fat melts away.

Keep an outfit out in bedroom that I want to wear, again - try it on every Saturday morning until it fits.

Really excited and GRATEFUL for finding this site. It is more than I ever could have imagined receiving especially without a cost attached to it. This site gives me the feeling of having unlimited ABUNDANCE. I feel nurtured and surrounded by loving hearts and people who are like-minded with the mutual goal of just wanting to be loved, healthy and happy.

    10.9 pounds to go until I reach my goal. Whether or not we want to lose 10 lbs. or 300 lbs. we are all in the same boat of discipline.

    We all share the common goal of monitoring our lifestyle habits, and keeping track of our caloric intake and the energy we expend.

    Sometimes I just want to wake up in a lush immaculate resort on a top quality comfortable mattress and be served a delicious organic high nutrition low calorie breakfast, then get up to soak in a saltwater pool with a perfect temperature, then have a deep muscle massage, have my hair washed and blown out, put on a clean new soft cotton outfit and go to a very comfortable lounge chair outdoors with a tall large umbrella over me, and have beautiful piano music to listen to and a tall cool glass of water served to me. Then find myself falling asleep for a while only to awake to feeling beautiful breezes, and see friendly faces standing all around me to come and spend time with me. Later we all go for a ride in a convertible around a beautiful island on the sea, then dine on a patio and be served fresh seafood, just picked salad greens and fresh fruit. Afterwards, we go for a walk in a beautiful lush park and watch the sun set over still waters. I return to my comfortable bed, and sleep soundly to the sounds of ocean waves. emoticon

    Many thanks for the good.

    Most of the problem is that SP wants me to eat 2600 calories a day. Before I started this journey I don't think I eat that many, least not all the time.

    I do eat around 2000 to 2200 with which I am happy with. I do walk about 70 miles a week and it was this that sent my calories up.
