Hello. Thanks for your comment on my blog and spark page. My Monday went pretty well, I have two daughters in school, Pre-K and 3rd grade, then one that stays home with me, she is three. I have been taking my girls to school every day for tutoring for the TAKS test coming up, and walking for 45 min. or so, , so I feel good about getting exercise in this week. My weight is continually going up, I think I am up to 216 now, I am in a size 18, which I cannot believe. Somethings got to give and that has to be me!:~) How did your week go?
Don't put that smaller clothes away yet --- stick with "Stressed Out Moms/Women Gettin' Healthy" and we'll make sure you get back into that smaller size. As I replied to your blog -- our members are reporting awesome and pound and inch losses -- so stick with us, hun, keep up those physical activities, eat wisely and, most of all -- have a great vacation! And again, if you feel you need more support and help -- you just yell, scream and holler and we'll come running to get you back on track and moving toward that goal! ----
