When I think of my goal it puts a BIG SMILE on my face! I know when I lose the weight I will have more energy and my self esteem will soar! I know it's going to be a long road but I AM GOING TO TAKE ONE DAY AT A TIME! I'm in this for the long haul. Their seems to be so much help on the site that I know in my heart I will succeed! My short team goal is to leave Twoterville & enter into Onederland by the end of this year or by the end of January-2015. I can do it! I believe in myself. I'm not a quitter!

IMMEDIATE GOALS FOR 2015

1) 230ville (239 lbs.)~goal met~1/21/15

2) 220ville (229 lbs.)
`goal met~2/27/15

3) 226 lbs. down 50 lbs.

4)210ville(219lbs.)

5)215 lbs.-Down 60 lb. & half way point!

6)200ville (209 lbs.)

7) 206 lbs.-Down 70 lb.

8) Leave Twoterville (200ville) & enter into ONEDERLAND! 199 lbs.- Woo Hoo! This is probably one of my biggest goals. I hope I can reach this by the end of the year! I have never made it to Onderland or 190ville since I joined SP.


My Program:
Lowfat Diet

1) Stay within 1200 to 1500 calories.
2)Weigh daily (accountabitity)
3)Give myself a pep talk daily.
4)Increase fiber intake.
5)Eat fresh fruit, vegetables, lean meat and fish.
6)Portion Control: weigh & measure food.
7)USE FOOD TRACKER! very important!
8)Consistency when it comes to exercise.

I have two daughters Holly and Barbara. Two granddaughters Amanda and Brianna. Wonderful husband Paul. And I can't forget my little beagle Cocoa! I like go for hikes, nature walking, camping, gardening, reading, & cross stitching.

Other Information:
I AM GOING TO FINISH WHAT I STARTED :) January 3, 2015 is my new beginning, my re-dedication to finish what I started. I will be successful, I will cross the finish line, I will say someday "I DID IT"
It's a one way road from now on!!!

Thanks for visiting my page. There's nothing prettier or sweeter than a beagle. All of our animals are beyond spoiled but we wouldn't have then any other way. Cocoa is quite the looker, too! What a sweetie! I need Spring to arrive so I'll have no excuse for not walking our dogs. I could use the exercise and so could they. Good luck to you!

Thanks for checking in with me. I can't say I'm doing so great. I keep gaining and losing the same two pounds each week, and can't make any headway. I know the answer is that I need to get stricter with my diet and exercise. I only have myself to blame (well, I blame my frequent migraines too...they make daily life difficult and I can't get anything done when I have one). But, I'm still trying and still here, so I give myself credit for that. I'm hoping spring and some extra sunlight ignites my Spark again soon.
