Thanks for stopping by my blog!

My fiancee is on board with my weight loss and is actually trying to change his habits as well. Growing up going out to eat was always a social thing to do with people so as an adult I'm finding it hard not to pick going to grab lunch or dinner as a thing to do with people. My friends know how hard I am trying to change but I think they are having the same issues I am.
