I started Spark People on November 19, 2013 after having lost 17 pounds at Weight Watchers over two long years. I was always hungry on Weight Watchers and had a really hard time staying on track. SparkPeople is working way better for me. I used to weigh 186 lbs and I want, one day, to weigh 150 lbs. I have Hashimoto's disease which makes things harder.

I saw your question on the Calories in and Out thread....and since we have to scroll down to edit our daily numbers, I didn't want to reply there and make the scroll even longer. But, to answer your question...there is not a way as of yet to delete a post from a thread. I am a co-leader for a team...and I sure wish we had that option...or at least for the leaders to have that option! Ha....but for now...it is what it is. You can, however, edit your post...and even edit it in a way to remove all that you said. Hope this helped!
