I haven't really been doing so well at the mindful eating so far. Well, I have been getting better at upping my vegetables at dinner, for the most part, but other than that, It's been hard to eat away from the tv and computer, and I my overall portions haven't got any better.
Sounds like we're as bad at this mindful eating as each other lol.
But hey, no one's perfect. All we can do is keep working at it.

Hey, good to hear from you again.
The no junk food is going alright thanks. Haven't had anything on my list emoticon
When the month is up I'm going to start eating them again, but limit them somewhat. Make them a now and then treat like they should be.
I'm starting to think I might be taking these things too slowly, or maybe I should make some mini goals as well as the month ones.
I can understand why you weigh yourself every day. with all the fluctuations how would you know if you got yourself on an off day if you're only doing it every week or so.
Oh and I forgot to mention, I used to love OSM bars when I was working on an orchard, only one was never enough lol I suppose though, I spent 8 hours walking and/or climbing ladders every day emoticon

I think I'll try something like what you're doing in another month, I'm starting to get some ideas of what to do with the rest of them.
Is it 21 days to make of break a habit? I didn't know the exact number lol though I knew it was 2 or 3 weeks. I guess that means I'm giving my self an extra week to make sure it sticks.
