lose those last 10!

I'm Lis and I need to lose those last 10 pounds again. I'd lost 35 pounds in 2005, another 11 in 2006, gained some back and they decided to hang on.
These 10 pounds have been stuck back on since June 2007 and I keep yo-yo-ing between 141 and 145 since then. My body likes this range - I want to get below 140 again....
My favorite exercise is yoga and walking

My Program:
The end of March 2005 I started the Michael Thurmond 6 week body make-over. Finally something worked! I lost 35 pounds in 5 months. Over the next 9 months I lost another 11, down to 134. That was hard to maintain.

Jan 2008 - The weight crept back up to 145 over the last 8 months - now it's time to lose those 10 pounds again.

July 2010 - went below 140 for the first time in over 3 years!!

November 2010 - I'm back up in my "comfy" range 141-145

January 2013 - gained a few over the last year but back with the program!
February 2013 - back below 140 :)
March 31st 2013 - at goal! 135

Personal Information:
After living in beautiful SW Colorado, near Pagosa Springs for 13 years, we are now living in San Carlos, Sonora, Mexico.
2009/2010 was our first winter in San Carlos - great to be out of the snow! I was also happy to be back in Colorado for most of the summer. We're back in Mexico and now it will be pretty much full time. We may escape the heat in the summer and enjoy the cooler weather in Colorado for a couple of months.

Some days the mirror is more complimentary than other days. And it's a good way to be sure you don't lie to yourself!!

Yes...a busy week as this is the last week of school. One event has been canceled emoticon so I hope that eases some things on me! Thanks for stopping by!

I hope you are doing well!

Interesting that you are going to explore other Mexican areas. Do you own the property where you currently are in Mexico?
You should explore Ajijic. I bet you would like it.
We leave on Saturday and come back July 11th so a long trip for me.
have a great evening.

Okay, I just didn't want to leave the impression that I was upset with the coyote.

Another neighbor stopped by today and said that last week they saw 3 coyotes surrounding a small dog down near the wash. They killed it and took off before anybody could scare them off. This happened during the day, too. Years ago when we moved up here you rarely saw them during the day, especially during the summer. Now you see them all day long. They aren't shy anymore like they were before this area became so built up.

There are missing dog signs all over with pictures of small dogs. Owls also pick off the little dogs. I have a block wall around an area my yard just for my dogs and I've managed to lose two to wildlife here. I'm still not certain if it was owls or coyotes. It only takes a second, that's for sure! While I miss my little dogs tremendously, I do understand. I just cannot imagine letting them run around the neighborhood unattended.
