Well Being Journey

I am a happy camper in Northern Ontario. I have a lot of great things going on in my life. My focus right now is to live the best life I can. One of my goals towards this is to be at a healthy weight. I am looking for additional support and friends sharing the same journey.

Milestones:
Mar 20, 2013 - bought pants size 14 (was 16)
Apr 16, 2013 - 5% bodyweight gone - 10lb Ribbon at WW
Jul 9, 2013 - 10% bodyweight gone - key chain at WW

My Goals:
Short Term: Lose 1.5 to 2 lbs each week

Medium Term: Lose 25lbs by July 1, 2014 & have my waist under 35"

Long Term: Weigh 120 and have waist at or under 28"

My Program:
Making healthy food choices. Limiting dairy due to allergy.

Getting regular physical activity - mainly walking with my puppy - Odin and Yoga.

Drinking 8 glasses of water a day.

Enjoying the journey to becoming a Goddess!

Personal Information:
My hubby and I have been together for over 8 years. He has two grown children, one of whom still lives with us. We have a miniature schnauzer puppy named Odin. We bought our dream home in Astorville Ontario in 2009 and we just love living here.

Mar 24, 2014 update:
I have recently discovered Carol Tuttle and her program Dressing Your Truth. I found I was living as a Type 4, but I am actually a Type 1. This had made an amazing difference in my outlook even in the first two weeks. It is allowing me to see myself as my true nature and I am actually enjoying activity and eating healthy again. I am excited to see how DYT will change my life!

Other Information:
I love to read - anything by any of the Hay House authors, Dan Brown, Christine Feehan, Christina Skye. I also enjoy doing Quantum Touch, EHF, meditation and Yoga. I love to learn new things!
