Balancing my way to a Healthier Me!
Updated 1/3/2010 I am excited to be starting 2010 Spark Your Body Bootcamp. I am looking forward to jumpstarting my fitness in January using this program. Last week, on December 29, I passed the 16 week milestone with my Weight Watcher's program. I am committed to my new, healthier way of eating that I learned through Weight Watchers. Last week, on December 29, I passed the 16 week milestone with my Weight Watcher's program. I am committed to my new, healthier way of eating that I learned through Weight Watchers. I am excited at the prospect of reaching my goal weight in 2010! I am focusing on balancing my life this year - balancing eating the foods I love with the foods that are healthy for me, balancing my sedentary activities with more movement, and balancing my spiritual needs and my corporeal needs.
