SO HERE I AM AGAIN
hello to everyone here i am again trying to do right i have been yoyo dieting for as long as i can remember and i am really tired so i had to put it in my mind to do a complete life style change and i have and since doing that i have lost 20 pounds ,it has not been easy i had to let go of all junk food,breads,sodas,fried foods ,and i drink a lot of water and plus i exercise now i use to hate doing it but now i know i have to do to get where i want to be UPDate,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,a ...
hello to everyone here i am again trying to do right i have been yoyo dieting for as long as i can remember and i am really tired so i had to put it in my mind to do a complete life style change and i have and since doing that i have lost 20 pounds ,it has not been easy i had to let go of all junk food,breads,sodas,fried foods ,and i drink a lot of water and plus i exercise now i use to hate doing it but now i know i have to do to get where i want to be UPDate,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,a lot has went on in my life since i was last here i lost both of my parents within a week of one another its been very hard i moved from my home tow to the city and i needed a change so as of now i weigh 224 ...............i am so happy but its just one thing i can't seem to get into exercising as of today i'm gonna start so everyone this is a lil update
