I am 45 and 5ft 3in (and a wee bit) tall. I am currently 165lbs was 183.6lbs in weight when I restarted in August 2013. My weight loss journey has been up and down and I have tried various popular weight loss groups to get me on the way to losing weight.

Since the end of August 2013 I had been following the Slimming World diet and attending group once a week. This was my third attempt at this diet and this time I think I had successfully got the hang of it. To assist me I had also continued to use the meal planner on Spark People as I have found this has helped me make sensible choices as it is still easy to have too many calories if you are not careful.

I am now back to using just the Spark People planner as I cannot currently afford to attend the SW meetings. I have reset my goals and also moved my weigh-in day to Friday with a monthly tape measure of Waist, Hips etc

Current Weight 165lbs
1st Goal - 158 lb by end of Feb 2014
2nd Goal - 152 lb by end of March 2014
3rd Goal - 148 lb by end of April 2014
4th Goal - 144lb by end of May 2014
5th Goal - 140lb by end of June 2014

Final Goal of 136lbs by End of July 2014
