I am 45 and 5ft 3in (and a wee bit) tall. I am currently 165lbs was 183.6lbs in weight when I restarted in August 2013. My weight loss journey has been up and down and I have tried various popular weight loss groups to get me on the way to losing weight.

This was my third attempt at this diet and this time I think I had successfully got the hang of it. To assist me I had also continued to use the meal planner on Spark People as I have found this has helped me make sensible choices as it is still easy to have too many calories if you are not careful.

After a short break from both Spark People (because my PC would not load the page properly for a time) and SW I am now back doing both.

My current mini goal is to lose 11lbs by 23rd December this was set when I rejoined SW in October so far I have had a few topsy turvy weeks but have currently lost 2lbs towards this target. With 7 weigh-ins to go this is just about doable.

I am either following the SW diet plan or using Spark People nutrition calculator depending on how I feel in any given week. Both plans have been working successfully for me.

Lovely to see you have joined me over on the 100 Days of Weight Loss with Linda Spangle team - I hope you enjoy it as much as I am! Have you got a copy of the book? You can totally do the 100 days without the book, but it's helpful to have it. I got a second-hand copy from Amazon.

You might like to consider coming and joining the 100 Days Weight Loss by Linda Spangle team - it's a journey of 100 days through daily short lessons - and it's about emotional eating etc. It would run easily alongside your other plans - I'm on Day 14 and it's really helping me.
