I'll be 50 years old my next birthday. I'm a survivor...brain tumor and a second surgery to control seizures. Now that I'm well its time to get all areas of my life healthy.

My Goals:
My goal is to be strong and healthy....the weight loss is a bonus
My Program:
Keeping track of the food that goes into my mouth. I ride my bicycle 30 to 40 miles almost every day. And I work out at my gym 4 days a week.
Personal Information:
I've already lost 60 pounds, I still need to lose 30. I'm 49, married 30 yrs to my great husband and mother of 3.
Other Information:
I collect cookie jars, currently have over 100
