I first started gaining weight when I was 12 years old.. being in a woman's size 14, by high school I was in 1x and after a car accident in 1998 I gained even more weight.. I never seen a size lower then 18 in my adult life. I was about 200 lbs When I was 16. I tried many diets and always gave up on myself when someone would tell me I was losing too much weight too fast. I was losing 3-10 lbs a week.

But after seeing people that tell me all this doing the same thing I was, I decided to do what I want to do and at my own speed and the diet that works for me, even 1300 calories is hard for me eat in a day because I don't eat a lot. but I have sleeping disorders too and take medication that helps me stay awake during the day.

The summer (2008) I weighed 283 Pounds, I started spark people in April and left for a few months because of a job I had. I lost 20 pounds and another 10 while working. I love to help others with goals, and would be anyone's buddy to motivate them and support them in any goals or plans of losing weight they may have. Then this past year I just plain got scared and left here... I was diagnosed with disc decease and then the fat around my heart. I hurt everyday and working out is hard on me because I don't have 90 degree joint rotations lol

But I let me team down and after getting things sorted with the doctors I am able to be here and do good for not just myself but my fellow country walkers and done girls!!!

I am going to try really hard to get down in a size 16 pant this year, I am in 22 right now and plan to be in the 16s by summer or fall of 2012!


I THINK I CAN!!! I CAN!!! I KNOW I CAN!!! I WILL!!!

I am following a low calorie diet and try to stay in between 1300-1600 calories a day, and the key is to burn more then you eat each day and you will see results if you do the hard work and dedication!
