Hi, and thanks for the encouragement. I really need it! I have gotten a little over confident and lazy in the past couple weeks! That is my pattern, in the past anyway! So I know that if I don't turn it back around, it is a slippery slope back into old habits and I cannot go there! I am too happy with the new me! So-today I get back at it. How about you?
