Back Again

Sorry don't know what week I am in. Been doing stuff at home and got side tracked. But last week lost 1 lb and this week 1.5 lb, dont know how but Thank the Good Lord for his help.

Fourth week I did not lose or gain so not to bad I guess. I did not get to buy fruit until late. I am going to walk a 5 k this next weekend. On Sunday 4 I started do my gazelle trying to do a 2 mile I have so far but Wed I only done a half mile it is Thurs now so maybe will get back on track today . ...

Third week got started by going to groc. store and picking up more fruit. It seemed to help me the first week. Tues. got letter from Doc saying chol (spell not right) is high to start eating a 3 fruits a day and one of them citrus. lol. But hey I stepped on scales and I had lost 4.5 this week!!!! I love it.

Second week not so go. I gained 1 pound but I am not going to let that jet me down. I was not the biggest loser at work. My boss gained also but the co worker lost .5 so good for her. I know I did not eat as many fruit as the week before so going to groc. store to buy more. I did start my gazelle timer thing and I walk a mile in about 24 min.

Ok the first week I did good I think. I lost 3 lbs. I am weighting with my boss and a co worker and I am the biggest loser this week. I have done good to execise most the week. I have started my second week but have not gazelled this week but I have done wall push ups and side crunches that my boss showed me how to do. Got to gazelle tonight. I am married and have 2 kids. We all need to learn how to eat right. When I did this sight before it helped me. Now I have a phone that will connect to sight so while I have 1 1/2 hours to kill I can keep up with this sight ! Praying for my family to learn to eat right and learn to slim down for hubby and me.

My Goals:
To eat better and in better portions sizes.

To lose to my birth weight of 160. LOL I don't remember weightin any less than this.

My Program:
Drink my water each day and gazelle at least 5 days a week.

Eat 3 fruit a day if possible.

Personal Information:
I work in a lunch room where I cook and then sweep and mop the floor after the kids eat.

I married late in life and have two great kids. I married at 36 Had my son at 37 and my daughter at 38. God loves me and I love HIM. I always wanted twins I just did get them the same day but I did get them in the same year. LOL God is SO GOOD!!!

Other Information:
I live in Smithdale, MS

I love to read books.

emoticon Hi Lisa, thanks for stopping by ... I am alright ... I just had a minor set back . Last week i forgot to weight on Saturday so i just posted the same weight but I know I have gained because on Monday I was up to about 285 but that always happens when I start going to the gym I am anxious to weigh in the morning and see if I have come down from the 285 as of 2/4/13. I am trying deligently to break past my 279 block again . For some reason every time I get around 279 I teeter back and forth but never to far below that and well I really want it be broken lol . I just have to figure out what it is that holds me there mentally. I will eventually get there . How are you doing ? I hope all is well with you emoticon

I'm so pleased that you've joined us on Can't Do This On My Own, too. It's a great team, as well. I would be part of dozens of teams if I had the time, but I had to make some prayful decisions and felt that these two faith-based teams were where God would have me concentrate my SparkTime. You will be blessed by both teams! No doubt about it.
