Hi Lisa, thanks for stopping by ... I am alright ... I just had a minor set back . Last week i forgot to weight on Saturday so i just posted the same weight but I know I have gained because on Monday I was up to about 285 but that always happens when I start going to the gym I am anxious to weigh in the morning and see if I have come down from the 285 as of 2/4/13. I am trying deligently to break past my 279 block again . For some reason every time I get around 279 I teeter back and forth but never to far below that and well I really want it be broken lol . I just have to figure out what it is that holds me there mentally. I will eventually get there . How are you doing ? I hope all is well with you 1356 days ago
I'm so pleased that you've joined us on Can't Do This On My Own, too. It's a great team, as well. I would be part of dozens of teams if I had the time, but I had to make some prayful decisions and felt that these two faith-based teams were where God would have me concentrate my SparkTime.
