My goal is just to slim down, and stay that way. Leave old habits just the way they are. OLD HABITS!!!
It is a slow process when you have to evaluate the things you are doing. Most people are busy evaluating others so they don't have to see what they are doing wrong. Me on the other hand I have been so busy trying to make sure other people are pleased.
So first I have had to look at my habits, and I have to kick some of the old habits. One is called Coke-a-cola. That is my biggest obstical right now. I have taken this first week to reflect on that habit with many others. I love eating and my weight is not somthing I really want to think about. For one if its not on my mind its not an issue or a problem for me. Some days I wonder what it would be like. I have been a big girl all my life,and in all honesty I wont ever be a small person. But hopefully I can be ahealthier one.
