Hi,
I am the mother of 3 great boys and wife to a wonderful husband. I also run a home daycare that keeps me very busy. I have throughout the years allowed myself to get heavier and heavier. I am 42 years old and NOW is the time. I need to get it under control before it stops me from doing things.

Well, it's been 5 months and there are 17 pounds gone. I wish it were more but feel like a new person in so many other ways. I have started to run ...

Update on June 1:
Well, it's been 5 months and there are 17 pounds gone. I wish it were more but feel like a new person in so many other ways. I have started to run and I can actually see my waist. I feel better about a bathing suit. I plan to keep at it and I will lose the other 23 pounds I want to lose!!!!!

Uopdate on January1, 2010!!!
Well, I has not been a great 7 months. I have put back on 1/2 the weight. But I am back on track. I am definitely healthier than I was a year ago. and much happier!!! I will continue to plug along in 2010.

My Goals:
My goal is to become healthier. Losing weight is the bonus that comes with the exercise and watching what I eat

My Program:
I am kind of following weightwatchers points. That is what helped me before lose weight. I am really liking my cardio workouts and I am trying to convince myself that strength training is important!!

Personal Information:
I have 3 boys and a wonderful husband. I run a daycare out of my home that keeps me very busy. We live in Upstate NY so there are many months of cold and misery.

Other Information:
I love to scrapbook and do needlework. I really like to read and travel
