Goals: loose 14 lbs. Be more conscious of my eating habits. Stick to a workout routine. Feel better about myself. Be accountable.
How? Cut out red meat and sugar. Stick to a 1300 calorie diet. Workout AT LEAST 30 minutes a day everyday with one day of rest a week.
