Lose to Win a New You!

My total goal is to lose 60 pounds - I have already managed to tackle 30 pounds...I am working on getting that last stubborn 30 gone as well. I have had a hard time of it. I would also like to KEEP it off once it is off. I work part-time and am a full-time mom and wife. I coordinate a youth group in my spare time, teach piano lessons and also do some floral designing on the side.

THAT SAID: I found that running really helped me to melt the inches off - even if the weight ...

THAT SAID: I found that running really helped me to melt the inches off - even if the weight wasn't coming off as fast, I looked better! Now I will be focussing on eating healthy for baby and "pregnant exercising!" I am sure I will be making some new goals after "Little Peanut" enters the world!!!

My Goals:
I want to feel good, look good for my sweet husband, be an active and fun mom, and glorify God by treating my body with healthy habits - "Don't you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? My Program:
I lift weights at least twice a week. One day I work my legs and butt. The other day I work my arms, back and chest. I also fit some sort of aerobics in about 4 times a week (sometimes it includes playing with my 2 yr. old).

Personal Information:
I love other people and I do what I can to encourage others. I am open for ideas and for teambuilding thoughts.
