Ready to Lose It All!

Hi! I'm Lisa, the mother of three amazing little boys. I put on my weight shortly after having my first son in 2001 due to birth control and mostly depression and anxiety issues. I've been struggling to get it off and keep it off ever since. My goal is to be able to keep up with my very active three boys! I hate not being able to run with my kids without getting out of breath or feeling like I'm absolutely going to die! I'm ready to finally lose the weight and gain back some much needed energy!

My Goals:
My first goal is to be 170 by Christmas!

My Program:
I am watching what I eat--not really keeping track of calories but controlling my sodium and making sure to eat very few processed foods. I try to get on the treadmill 3 days a week and complete a workout DVD for strength 2 days a week.
