Hi, I'm Lita, I'm 47 years old, I'm married to a very fit guy and I have a 15 year old son.

I have an auto-imune disease that affects mainly my eyes and have to take medication for the rest of my life.

I also have a severe health condition that affects my hearing and my daily life (BPPV/Tinnitus/TTTS/Hyperacusis) and need urgently to change my life style - maybe it helps!

I suffer from fibrosis alopecia that causes hair loss and affects terribly my eyebrows and hair and also my self esteem.

I'm getting fatter every year, I need to stop it.

It is not easy as I can´t exercise for several reasons (only walking) and my medicines give me extra hunger.

I can't go on obese, hyper tense, taking strong medicines and entering in the menopause all at the same time - I am killing myself.

Personal Information:
My name is Lita, I'm 47, I am married for 20 years and have a 15 year old boy.

I'm a stay-at-home mom and that made me gain lots of extra weight.

My husband is a very fit and cute guy 4 years younger than me and I need to catch up!

I have severe hair loss, which makes me feel horrible. I am trying to be a better person, more active and interesting as I have tendency to be very negative and passive. I lost 7 very close and dear persons in the last 10 years (including my mom, my grandma and my best friend) and that made me a lonely and insecure person.

Since March 2014 I developed a terrible medical condition, tinnitus/ BPPV /TTTS that makes me hear like a car engine vibrating inside my right ear and makes my life miserable - being fat and half bald is not important anymore - now I know the difference between "serious" and "real serious".

I posted at my photo gallery 6 pictures of my husband's birthday 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017. Next year, on 30th April 2018 I want to give him a better wife inside and outside. I am doing it for me but also for him.

Next year on his birthday I want to have a nice picture. I want to weigh much less.
