Just Do It!

Recently, I have started to Co-Lead Survivors of SP Class April 12-18, 2009. I am excited about this and look forward to meeting new Spark friends and help them travel their journey to fitness.

Other information: I am married for 20 years and a mother of three teenagers. This keeps me very busy and young. I work part time in the health field. I am thankful for my job and love it. I enjoy exercise and have been doing it for many years (at least 25yrs). I have reached my weight ...

My Goals:
1) Lose 8.5 lbs (goal maintain)
2) Drink more water
3) Eat better - include more fruit and veggies to my diet
4) Maintain my BMI at 21-22 (goal maintained)
5) De-clutter the home/living space

My Program:
1) Quick tracker
2) Visit the gym at least twice a week
3) Multivitamin everyday
4) Be active in the SparkTeams and programs

Personal Information:
1) Recently started yoga. Really enjoy it but would not substitute yoga for my other workouts. I have just added it to my lifestyle.
2) Recently discovered Ballroom Dancing. Hubby and I are in the pre-bronze level. So much fun but I don't consider it a major workout. But does keep us active and away from food. LOL
3) FYI: Cats Rule! LOL
