Good Morning Thank you for the smiley face and the encouragement I really need it. I looked at my food tracker and from Tue- Friday I did awful. But knowing that I have someone pulling for me helps a lot, so thank you. Once again today is another day.
Thanks new friend, maybe we can cheer each other on to our goals. When I got down to 136 I felt soooooo good and was proud of what I did and slowly it came back on and I would love to have that feeling again.
