Got to / Got to.... ** For 2013 ** At My GOAL weight, so need to work on..... Tighten Up the old body!!

Do 25 min 'cardio' at least 5 times a week! crunches/weights Track food Keep it moving!
Personal Information:
I'm an 'old' girl in her 50's. Enjoy being outside, golfing, getting 'pool' time. And if I Don't get my 20-25 min workout in the mornings....just don't feel good the whole day.
