    The Spark Program is a One day at a time program.

    You cannot fail unless you quit trying. Just keep coming back.

    If you haven't tried the Spark Program - so to START at the top of any page and then work your "weigh" down your START page! SP lets you eat more than most "diets" so you really don't feel hungry. And you start with tracking everything you eat but not counting the calories.

    It really is a wonderful program.
