Personal Trainer / Yoga Instructor Nearing 56

Hi, I'm a 56 year old married woman with 3 grown children working as a CNA/Phlebotomist. I am a certified Personal Trainer and YogaFit instructor. Even though I've always loved and been fascinated with anything related to fitness and nutrition - at this stage of my life I am finding it increasingly more difficult to maintain my ideal body weight of 130 - 132 pounds. to the Perimenopause...Team. Please feel free to ask questions. We are a friendly group of ladies all going through the same Season in our lives. emoticon

Also, please feel free to check out our Team's goals. We purposely made them just for our Team.

For example, the 'stretching 5 minutes' is important, especially when we feel too hormonal to exercise. The next best thing is to stretch a little. It can help us feel better in the long run.
