My Goals:
I am looking to be healthy and fit...I want to show my daughter the right way to live and eat every day...I don't want to diet anymore. I just want to have a healthy lifestyle where I am always careful and mindful of what I am putting into my body.
My Program:
Healthy eating - and tracking each morsel of food, and working out at the gym.
