Decided that it's time to update this....since it said I had lost 45 pounds and now I've gained it all back. :(

I lost 45 pounds when I went off a medication, I also changed my diet and started working out. I am now back on a different medication and all the weight is back. Boo. I don't want to use the medication as an excuse so I am ready to make a change. I am going to eat right and begin working out on a regular basis. I know that I need to start slow so that I stick with it.

I need to do this for my health. I need to make the commitment. I need to be a better role model for my children. I need to make myself a priority, and I will, that is my pledge.

My Goals:
1.) I will keep track of my food in a food journal and record it at least once a week on Spark people. (more often if time allows.)
2.) Bike 20 minutes 4 times a week.
3.) Complete all 3 phases of JM BR!!!! (Even if it takes me more than 90 days!)


My Program:
1.) Biking 4x/wk 20 min
2.) JMBR 4x/wk
3.) Eat clean, healthy, and mindful.



Personal Information:
I am from the Cincinnati, Ohio area. I have two children ages 10 and 13 that keep me very busy! I teach middle school language arts and I LOVE to read but rarely have the time to do so! (I listen to books on CD on my way to and from work)
