I recently turned 40 and lost 40! :) Over the past year and a half have lost about 45 pounds from changing my eating habbits and working out.

I am a teacher and as the school year started I really struggled with making exersize a part of my daily routine. I continued eating well which kept me from gaining weight back, but over the holidays I have really fallen off track with my eating as well.

My wonderful husband cleaned out the basement (there was more stuff than you can imagine down there...think "Hoarders, burried alive!" Anyway, I feel a weight has been lifted since he did that. I can now get to my exersize bike and plan to ride it for 20 minutes at least 4 times a week. I am also hoping to get back on track doing Jillian Micheal's Body Revolution which is four days a week. The third part of the plan is to get back on track logging in food, or at least writing it down during the week in a journal and logging it onto the computer on the weekend.

My Goals:
1.) I will keep track of my food in a food journal and record it at least once a week on Spark people. (more often if time allows.)
2.) Bike 20 minutes 4 times a week.
3.) Complete all 3 phases of JM BR!!!! (Even if it takes me more than 90 days!)

My Program:
1.) Biking 4x/wk 20 min
2.) JMBR 4x/wk
3.) Eat clean, healthy, and mindful.

Personal Information:
I am from the Cincinnati, Ohio area. I have two children ages 10 and 13 that keep me very busy! I teach middle school language arts and I LOVE to read but rarely have the time to do so! (I listen to books on CD on my way to and from work)

That is wonderful that you are feeling healthier...that can be very motivating, to remember how good you can feel. So, 300 min per week, I presume? If daily, that is bananas! :)

Little dude is doing great. He will be 2 1/2 in August (craziness!). People tend to hibernate in AZ during the 4395849305 degree summers, so lots of indoor activities and trying to get outside first thing in the morning.

I am trying out a brief, 5-day juice cleanse to just rid myself of cravings and make my body ready for getting more healthy. So far, so good. It is Day 3, feel full and I lost 5 pounds thus far and feel really great. The only cravings are actually salads. Weird!

We can check in on here or via email or text again. What works best for you? Are you all done with school for the year?
