I am a new mother. My husband and I adopted a baby girl. The bad part is I gained more pregnancy weight than the one that was pregnant with her. Here I am at the heaviest weight i have ever been and very miserable. I need to set a better example for our new addition.

7/31/12 Update I am down 20 lbs from my highest weight. 3 of those pounds were in the last week which has gotten me PUMPED.

7/31/13 Update I am down 29.6 lbs from my highest weight. 8.6 of those in the last 8 weeks. I have been consentrating on me for 4.5 months now and was at 210 when i started so thats 15.6 in 4.5 months.

My Goals:
1. Lose 89 pounds total by my next birthday.
2. Lose 24 pounds during the BLC.
3. Exercise 6 days a week.


My Program:
I just joined a gym so i plan to go there at least 3 times a week. I have been trying new healthy meals at home. I take my lunches to school so i am not tempted to go out to lunch, and lots and lots of water
