Its Not who you are that holds you back, its who you think you're not

Heyyy my names ashley and I am very determined to lose 13 or more pounds. I have tried to diet over and over again several times and have always done well for the first few wks and then I fail miserably. I am more devoted this time and I have more understanding to the challenges that come when trying to lose weight. I know I have the stregnth inside myself to succeed its the willpower that gets me everytime.

My goals for losing weight is I want to have confidence in myself once again, I want to "enjoy" getting dressed and not trying to hide my unflattering rolls. I want to have natural energy not only for me but for my family. I have two small children that have all the energy in the world and I need to keep up with them. I'm still very young and I want the rest of my life for me to be fit. I want to go from fatty flubber to fit and happy. I hope I can succeed this time :

Thanks for commenting on my vlog! Great idea to just put the dvd in! I will try that when I'm trying to get out of exercising. :-)

After doing the 30 Day Shred level 1 workout yesterday, I totally wanna try the boost metabolism blast through fat workout. Jillian Kicks my butt!

Oh yeah...I love Rage Against the Machine - why the heck haven't I been listening to them during my workouts!? :-)

You are absolutely right! Every day is a new day and just cause I had a small set back this morning doesn't mean the rest of the day is blown! It's not an excuse to eat like a piggy the rest of the day!!!
